Our Journey
MindGym was founded on a simple truth: elite performance is as much mental as it is physical. Headquartered in Pune with satellite programs across India, our team includes licensed sport psychologists, neurotherapists, physiologists, and mindfulness instructors. Together, we bring a 360-degree approach to mental performance: blending cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mental imagery, biofeedback, journaling, and data-driven recovery protocols.
